Professional Background
Mark Napier graduated from Earlham College with a dual major in Political Science and Japanese Studies. Before coming to SLIS, where he earned an MIS, he worked as a manager, a translator, and taught English in Japan and Germany. He has also taught Japanese in Columbus, IN. He has headed the SLIS IT efforts since 2000.
